Our Vine restaurant is named after the magnificent Virginia creeper growing in our hotel courtyard. One of the oldest remaining specimens of its kind to be found anywhere in the world. Inside the restaurant retains an original wattle & daub wall from 1220. While our chef’s menu offers classical British cooking, amplified with style, flair and finesse.
Our set lunch menu offers an enticing selection of dishes. Choose from steaks served to your liking, or fish dishes delicately executed to preserve flavour. Our ingredients are locally sourced wherever available, and always prepared fresh to order. All lunches are served in the restaurant on demand.
