5 spice served with a crispy rice cake and a soy and garlic sauce
Parmesan and mozzarella beignet soufflés with tomato jam and a

Mosaic of game terrine with spiced plum chutney and home-made focaccia

Intermediate course

Citrus sorbet with fresh mint

Main course

Roast sirloin of beef served with chateau potatoes, buttered greens, baby vegetables
and a wild mushroom and tarragon jus
Pan seared sea bass with a crab and spring onion risotto and salad fennel, amaranth
and truffle oil
Goats cheese, apple and chestnut Wellington served with spinach mousse, baby carrots,
